If you feel your tour was not up to standard, please let us know. We will be happy to refund you.

Reasons for a Refund

If you miss your session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as fire, flood or blood.

If you feel the session was of low quality, such as:

  • Consistently or extremely low video or audio quality that disrupted your experience
  • Unprofessional or unengaged tour guide.

  • Full refunds will be given if your tour guide or Telportus needs to cancel an event for any reason. If you feel you deserve a refund, please contact us at
