If you run into issues, first, ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
A strong wifi network is better compared to a mobile data network. If confirmed,
try refreshing the page. Be sure to check our list of compatible browsers and devices
to ensure that your software is up to date.
If you cannot hear the guide, check to be sure that your device is not connected to any
other device via BlueTooth and that your volume is turned up. If you still cannot hear,
check with other people in the chatroom and see if they can hear. Your guide may be having
issues with their microphone if no one is receiving audio but the video connection is clear.
If your guide's video stream is blurry or dropping frames, you can check their video's framerate
by making their window go full-screen and pressing the Stats button in the top left corner of their
window. You should see the resolution listed. If the number after the 'x' is 720, it's
running at highest quality. 180 is the lowest. If their resolution is low, the problem
is a connectivity one on their end and not anything to do with the server or your connection.
